Individual Therapy
I find that folks seeking therapy often fall into three categories: those looking for short-term, goal oriented work; those who have an idea of what they would like to work on without a set timeline; and those who are looking for long-term work either for the sake of continuing self discovery or as an ongoing practice for those with more chronic or long-term struggles.

I am happy to speak to you about your individual goals and preferences and how I may be in service to that. Working primarily as a psychodynamic and relational therapist, I personally enjoy a longer-term working relationship with my clients, often striving for a strong therapeutic relationship that is integral to our work together. I hope that you will find that the potential for ever deepening layers unfold as the therapist-client relationship continues over time. It is through this connection that I believe long-lasting healing and change can occur.

I also strongly believe in the power of humor and creativity as avenues of healing and connection. I tend to incorporate both while also maintaining a balance of gentleness and reverence for this sacred work.

I especially enjoy working with those healing from trauma of all kinds, depression and anxiety, those seeking to improve their connections with others, supporting other healers and activists, as well as those on the journey of ever deepening wisdom and insight.
